Dr Usman Malik
Founder of London Law Tutor® and London Business Tutors.
Dr Usman Malik founded London Law Tutor and brought the same team and standards to London Business Tutors. Dr Malik has more than seventeen years of specialised legal education and over two years of university teaching, lecturing in Commercial Law, Tort Law, Contract Law and International Dispute Resolution.
Dr Malik’s doctoral research at Nottingham Law School examined corporate personality and accountability, with a focus on corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, regulation, sustainability and economic justice. Areas of expertise include corporate and company law, banking and finance law, and corporate finance.
Dr Malik is a Business Mentor at the University of Nottingham Ingenuity Lab and a mentor on the UCL Alumni Mentoring Programme, and has completed specialist training through the University of Oxford’s Effective Online Tutoring Course, UCL’s Programme for Law Teachers and Nottingham Trent University’s Teacher Training Course.
