Cookie Policy
How this website uses cookies
We only use optional cookies if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. Some are needed for a site to work; others are optional.
Strictly necessary
We store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage under the name lbt-cookie-consent, so we do not ask you again on every page. This is always on, because it is needed to respect your choice.
Optional (only if you accept)
- Live chat (Zendesk). Our chat window is provided by Zendesk, which uses cookies and local storage to keep your conversation running as you move between pages.
Videos
The muted banner video at the top of each page plays as soon as the page opens. It is played through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set YouTube advertising cookies, though YouTube may still store some data on your device while the video plays.
The introduction video on our home page is different: nothing loads from YouTube until you press play, and pressing play is your choice to load it from youtube-nocookie.com. Before you press play, the video’s preview image is shown from YouTube’s image server (i.ytimg.com), which does not set cookies but does receive your IP address to deliver the image.
If you reject optional cookies, the chat window does not load. Everything else on the site works as normal.
Other services
Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which does not set cookies but does receive your IP address to deliver the font files. When you send our quote form, your details are passed through FormSubmit to our enquiries inbox.
Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time using the link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing your browser’s stored data for this site.
